Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our counter confirms it by accepting it, and we email you when we do. We may decline an order, for example when an item has sold out or the kitchen is full for your slot; if you paid online, you get a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees, include GST and are charged by the weight or pack size shown. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay. You can pay online by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet through Razorpay, at the shop when you collect, or by cash or UPI on delivery in Sonipat up to the limit shown at checkout.

Fresh food

Our sweets are made fresh in small batches, so the colour, shape and size can vary slightly from the photos. Weights are net of the box. Please follow the storage advice and shelf life shown for each product.

Pickup, delivery and courier

Pickup and delivery are in the time slot you choose. Courier orders are dispatched on the date shown at checkout; delivery times after dispatch depend on the courier. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for details.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Please check the allergen information on each product before ordering: our kitchen handles milk, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten and sesame.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Sonipat, Haryana have jurisdiction. Please contact our grievance officer first; most problems are solved with one phone call.
